About Us
At Workhorse Rentals LLC, we help contractors, tradesmen, business owners, and homeowners get the equipment they need without overpaying the big rental companies.
We’re a locally owned, veteran-owned equipment rental company based in Fort Worth, Texas, serving contractors across the DFW area. Our focus is simple: provide dependable equipment, fair pricing, and fast service so you can keep your job moving.
We specialize in **scissor lift rentals, boom lift rentals, trailers, and jobsite equipment for electricians, HVAC crews, painters, metal building contractors, sign installers, warehouse projects, commercial build-outs, and more. Whether you need a 19 ft scissor lift for indoor work, a 26 ft lift that fits through standard doors, a larger lift for extra reach, or a boom lift for tougher access, we work hard to get you the right machine for the job.
At Workhorse Rentals, we know time matters. When your crew is waiting, your schedule is tight, or a job changes last minute, you need a rental company that answers the phone and moves fast. That’s why we focus on same-day delivery when available, straightforward pricing, and personal service from people who understand the work.
We’re not trying to be the biggest rental company in Texas. We’re trying to be the most reliable rental partner for local contractors who want honest pricing, clean equipment, and service they can count on.
We also speak Spanish and proudly serve the hardworking crews that keep Fort Worth and DFW growing.
When you rent from Workhorse Rentals, you’re not just another account number. You’re working with a local company that values your time, your money, and your business.

Customer Testimonials
"Workhorse rentals stepped up when I needed them. They went above and beyond with the rental process for the 20ft scissor lift. Very easy to do business with, friendly and even gave me extra time to use the equipment. The experience renting with this company was 5 times more cost efficient then renting from Lowes or home depot. I will definitely use them again for any future needs, as well as recommend them to friends."

"I reached out to Workhorse Rentals for a last minute request. If they hadn’t helped me, my installation would have failed. They were polite, easy to work with, responsive, and communicated at delivery. We needed a scissor lift on a Sunday and they delivered even though our request came in late on Friday. They even let us keep it an extra day. We’ve definitely found a new rental partner in the Dallas Fort Worth area!"
